Meet Our Team

Dr. Salatino obtained an associate degree in liberal arts from Sierra College and then an Associate and Bachelor of Science in biology from California State University, Sacramento, with a minor in chemistry. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine in 2010 and is currently working on her mastership with the Academy of General Dentistry by attending approximately 50 continuing education units per year. She is a member of the American Dental Association®, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Sacramento District Dental Society, the California Dental Association and the California Dental Society of Anesthesiology. She has a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and DOCS sedation education.

Dr. Salatino has advanced training in anesthesia services such as IV sedation, which less than 5% of general dentists have licenses for. She even published a pocket guidebook for dentists who practice IV sedation. Her goal in dentistry is “to help patients achieve the smile that gives them confidence when they interact with their friends, family and workplace. I want people to feel good about their health and know that they are being treated with the care and attention that I would extend to my family. I want every patient to feel like we respect their time and that we strive to keep their appointments fast, efficient and on-point.”

Dr. Salatino is also a professional musician who plays guitar and bass for the rock band Some Fear None. She also finds time to record music under her solo artist name, STERYK. She has recorded three albums so far that can be found on music platforms like Spotify. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, wake surfing, traveling and going on outdoor adventures.
